Funeral Arrangements
A funeral service honoring Hugh’s life will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Smoke Rise Baptist Church in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Burial will follow at Hill Haven Memory Gardens in Monroe.
Visitation is scheduled for Monday, July 20, 2026, from 4:00–8:00 p.m. at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel, with an additional visitation on Tuesday morning prior to the service. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Tom M. Wages Funeral Service, Snellville.
